Junior Order Management SpecialistNumer ref.: OMS/SZCZ/MAS
Responsibilities:
- Handle request for offers (RFOs) and purchase orders (POs), register them in the system,
- Work in an internal system to understand and follow up customer needs,
- Take care of the correctness of data in the system,
- Resolve problems related to orders,
- Work closely with Customer Service department to inform them of any irregularities related to RFOs or POs of their customers,
- Collect information required to help in investigation and resolution of invoice disputes.
Requirements:
- University degree in finance/business-related studies,
- At least one year of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics or similar,
- Very good command of Polish and English,
- Strong organization and communication skills,
- Knowledge of MS Office.
