We are currently looking to recruit for a:

Junior Payroll Accountant

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage, monitor and process accruals related to personnel related expenses
  • Manage Payroll Accounts Reconciliation process
  • Support management, administration and processing of benefits in kind
  • Liaise with local HR teams and payroll providers
  • Support countries in meeting specific reporting requirements
  • Support creation of process description (SOP/DTP)

What You Will Need:

  • At least 1 year of Finance/Accounting professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree completed in finance, accounting, business
  • Prior experience with payroll and personnel related expenses handling, preferably in European Shared Services environment would be an asset
  • Knowledge of SAP (GL, CO, BI) and clear understanding of payroll and financial accounting processes would be an asset
  • Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook software
  • Fluent in English in speaking and writing
  • Good command of other European language (French, German, Italian, Spanish) is an asset
