Our Client is one of the biggest companies as for the internet traffic management and data caching. This is the leader in Web Application Acceleration, Performance Management and Streaming Media Services, having more than 200,000 servers and delivering up to 30% of all Web traffic.
Currently for our Client we are looking for a Junior Payroll Associate.

Your responsibilities
- Reconciling payroll calculations prepared by the Payroll Providers to ensure consistency and accuracy,
- Coordination Year-End reporting for including liaison with Payroll Providers and internal stakeholders (HR, Compensation & Benefits, Equity, Finance.)
- Ensuring all statutory payments and filings are performed accordingly to internal company policies and local laws
- Partnering with GL Team to ensure all payroll related records are booked by accountants and providing support during account reconciliation process
- Identifying and implementing payroll process improvements and best practices to drive process excellence and reduce error risk,
- Maintaining effective internal controls for the payroll function and proactively working with management to identify efficiency gaps and improvements
- Managing monthly payroll process for specific countries in EMEA region
Employer requirements
- Professional experience in payroll or customer service,
- Advanced knowledge of English (min.B2/C1, spoken and written),
- Knowledge of Excel program
- Experience in cooperation with various countries in Europe - nice to have,
- Knowledge of local laws from selected European countries - nice to have,
- High self-motivation and passion for learning and working in a changing environment,
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for scope.
