Junior Planning & Business Control Analyst

Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring maintenance of master data related to controlling

  • Supporting the preparation of the consolidated Management Reports with the aim of supporting the HGSS’s performance analysis and decision-making

  • Preparing and monitoring actual results. Supporting Month-End Closing process (analysing cost, accruals preparation etc.)

  • Developing and maintaining successful working relationships with Team Leaders, Process Managers, GSP&BC and other key stakeholders

  • Providing audit support specific to managerial accounting/reporting

  • Executing assigned process controls and proactively reporting any instances of non-compliance

  • Identifying issues and using the agreed escalation route in a timely manner if an issue should arise

  • Continuously improving of the reporting tools

  • Performing ad-hoc requests

Our requirements

  • You have relevant educational background in Finance

  • You have 1 to 3 years of experience in Finance - FP&A/Controlling preferred

  • You are fluent in English

  • Your knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is on a good level

  • You have strong attention to details skills

  • You have experience with automated systems and affinity with IT
