Your responsibilities
Provide support within Project Management Office
Maintain and update project management reporting tools, rosters, trackers, document repositories etc.
Prepare reports and calculation charts on project financials, forecasts, resources, actuals etc.
Follow processes within the account (month end actions, mandatory trainings etc.)
Liaise with corporate functions across GFT Group to execute requested tasks
Administrative tasks including facilitating meetings, trips, meeting minutes, workshops, laptop inventory etc.
Our requirements
Excellent command of English
Strong knowledge of MS Excel will be an asset
Analytical thinking
Accuracy in deliverables – focus on details
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong team player
Able to work on multiple tasks concurrently in a fast paced environment

As a Junior PMO Analyst you will be responsible for day-to-day operations within your Client Unit in UK or Asia-Pacific region. You will be supporting everyday activities within your account as a member of PMO team.
