For our client, who is a global leader in surface-finishing solutions we are looking for candidates who will work as a Junior Process Analyst. In this role you will be responsible for supporting Process Analysts and Business Process Owners (BPOs) in creating end-to-end transparency on processes and support Business Process Management (BPM) initiatives to achieve process improvements and automation.

Description
- Support Business Process Owners (BPOs) with improving process documentation (narratives and flow-charts)
- Gather and analyze information from a variety of sources (SMEs, documentation, and technical) to create business processes flows within a specified business model framework
- Participate in workshops, fact-finding interviews, project management activities, and other necessary activities to gather and synthesize information for the Process CoE
- Administer, maintain and optimize our Business Process Management system SAP "Signavio"
- Transfer process know-how from existing policies and procedures into our BPM tool SAP "Signavio" and maintain document links to our Document Management System
- Support BPM initiatives from business requirement specification w/ BPOs, technical implementation w/ IT and change management w/ central and local business functions
- Support the implementation and testing of defined procedures and controls and facilitate enterprise-wide adoption of policies and procedures
Profile
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not limited to Business Administration, Finance and/or equivalent training
- Preferably 1-2 years work experience in an international environment, ideally in Operational Finance or SCM or university/college graduate with extensive working student and internship experience
- High level of initiative and ownership, bold and confident attitude towards challenges
- Structured, observant with the ability to translate and synthetize discussions to focused documentation
- High performance orientation and focused on continuous improvement
- Strong English language skills (min. C1)
- Experience in BPM, Lean, Six Sigma or similar a strong plus (but not required)
