Support P2P Procurement content creation in respective tools (Ariba Guided Buying, Ariba P2O, internal Philips tools).
Ensure the right quality of operations according to the existing standards and KPIs
Support tools’ change requests implementations
Ensure great experience for Philips internal customers by providing excellent service
Support process improvement projects
Ensure proper communication to customers and stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree or above
Fluent English is a must
Experience in working with procurement/ master data or finance processes and tools is an asset
Excellent communication skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships at different levels of organization
Dynamic and customer-oriented mind-set
High self-motivation, proactive approach and a “can-do” attitude
Good organizational skills and aptitude for detail
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
