    Junior Procurement Officer/Procurement Officer in Group Procurement
    to Procurement Services team

    Group Procurements service offerings are based on four service lines: Advisory Service, Sourcing Service, Contract Service and Buy & Pay services.

    As a support function, Group Procurement has two teams located in Nordea Operations Centre in Lodz: Category Support and Procurement Services

    In  Procurement Services team you will be responsible for:

    • Suppliers Master Data creation
    • Invoice handling (invoice validation, pre-accounting)
    • Projects participation
    • Contacting internal stakeholders on a daily basis

    If you:

    • have at least bachelor degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics or business related field
    • demonstrate excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
    • are fluent in English(written and spoken)
    • are self-starter with good work habits and energy
    • understand the essence of value chain success
    • are advanced in Microsoft Office suite (Excel is a must)
    • knowledge about reconciliation accounts will be an asset
    • knowledge about payment process will be an asset
