    Junior Procurement Specialist

    in Capita Procurement Solutions Team

    Miejsce pracy: Kraków

    We provide support across all aspects of the procurement landscape/journey – from strategic procurement advisory through to more transactional activities and BPO to achieve real service transformation through scale, efficiency and increased benefits realisation for our clients.

    Working as part of the Capita Procurement Services Operations you will be undertaking various analytical activities that cover the following areas:
    • Spend & Expenses Analysis
    • Management & Performance Reporting
    • Business Intelligence – Knowledge Management
    • Category Insights – Category Planning
    • Benchmarking
    • Data Categorisation



    Undertaking various ad hoc statistical, analytical, research and data input activities including but not limited to:

    • Producing various routine management, statistical and financial reports
    • Analysing, categorising and interrogating spend data
    • Producing routine reporting dashboards including KPIs & SLA’s
    • Conducting spend & savings opportunities analysis
    • Undertaking supply market research & analysis
    • Providing monitoring information, including benchmarking data, and responding to ad-hoc data queries and requests as required
    • Verifying and processing invoices on weekly or monthly basis
    • Preparing upload templates and posting on SAP
    • Undertaking query management and resolution in relation with key areas of responsibility

    Required skills:

    • Hold a university degree
    • Have strong analytical skills
    • Have excellent English skills (both spoken and written)
    • Are flexible within the working environment
    • Have good Excel and Power Point skills
    • Have ability to meet tight deadlines
    • Think creatively and can solve problems
    • Have proven aptitude in commercial, financial and analytical modelling
    • Have ability to process/translate data from a wide number of sources & interpret meaningful recommendations
    • Have proven experience of data analysis and ability to interrogate data effectively using the appropriate tools & methodologies
