Your responsibilities
- Develop an intimate understanding of Booksy solutions so that you can serve as an expert internally and also properly communicate the value of our product to providers and their customers.
- Work to support a team of Product Marketing Managers while taking direct ownership of specialized projects including our B2B educational platform
- Assist in driving collaborations with adjacent teams including UX Research, Global Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service
- Assist in maintaining competitive intel for reference across the entire organization
- Work with internal and external creative teams to ensure that Product Marketing materials and content are refreshed with each product release
- Support the team in conducting market research and testing
- Striving for operational excellence to ensure that our team can continue to product quality work, even at a rapid pace
Our requirements
- A degree in business, marketing, or computer science with at least one year of working experience
- A passion for technology, and ideally some experience working in a tech, start-up environment
- A proven ability to adapt in order to meet the change needs of the market and internal product teams
- An interest in gaining global experience and working across international markets
- Proven ability to drive collaboration across multiple stakeholders with and without reporting structure alignment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences
- A self-starter, able to identify required action and execute with minimal supervision
- Experience managing several simultaneously executing projects while keeping project management, scheduling and communication cleanly operational

The Impact You’ll Make
The Booksy marketing family is looking for a Jr. Product Marketing Manager with a passion for technology that's rooted in empowerment of people. This role will be responsible for supporting the Booksy Product Marketing team on a variety of projects including developing rich user experiences in-app, driving go-to-market strategies for Booksy solutions, and coordinating across global teams. This role gives you a unique opportunity to gain diverse Product Marketing experience with plenty of opportunities for you to grow.
