Currently we are looking for motivated candidates for the position:
Junior product orders coordinator
Miejsce pracy: Szczecin

Who will deal Request for a Quote and Purchase into system and follow up delivery of the products, providing Customer Services with back end support in coordinating quotes to order handling processes within assigned geographical areas and or customer portfolio according to established procedures.

Main responsibilities and tasks

  • Receive and timely register RFQs and POs in the system, ensuring all information is correct
  • Interpret RFQs and POs, seeking technical advice if appropriate
  • Actively use system for understanding and following up on customer specific information and requirements
  • Resolve any order related problems including suggestions for redirection of orders if appropriate
  • Keep Customer Services informed of any irregularities related to RFQs or POs of their customers
  • Gather information required to help in investigation and resolution of invoice disputes
  • Follow up complaints/non compliances through improvement/complaint system in place

Mandatory requirements

  • Bachelor or similar degree in business related studies or relevant 2 years of work experience
  • Fluent in English, Turkish or Ukrainian - both writing and speaking will be an asset.
  • Computer literate
  • Good writing and reporting skills communicates well in writing and in a well-structured and logical way
  • Strong organisation skills. Must be able to multitask, work efficiently and accurately.
  • Positive attitude with a drive to take on challenges.
