Your responsibilities
We are looking for young and ambitious talent to join our Consulting team as Automotive Project Coordinator in the MSX International (NOT IT PROJECTS).
This position offers you the opportunity to support Sales & Operations activities to increase MSX International’s presence on the Polish & CEE market, primarily by enhancing collaboration with global automotive manufacturers and their dealer network.
Your Responsibilities:
1) Support both Sales and Operations
Sales:
• Support in offer preparation, negotiations, contracts reviews
Operations:
• Projects set-up & planning
• Prepare or translate the documents for the purpose of successful project delivery
• Communicate with customers e.g. strategy alignment, results reporting, resolving issues
• Coordinate day to day work of the Consulting Team over different projects (schedules, quality, action plan & KPI management, travel expenses)
2) Support administration tasks of the local office
Our requirements
Interest in the automotive industry and/or automotive technology
Steep learning curve to understand the specifics of the automotive business
Fluency in English and Polish
Very strong MS Powerpoint & MS Excel skills
Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills
Multitasking
Working under pressure of deadlines
Excellent attention to detail, punctuality, reliablity
Experience in working for automotive OEM would be an advantage
CV in Polish or English
