Your responsibilities
Experience in construction projects related to commercial built assets (retail, office, residential, industrial, others).
Support senior members in the business development of the department.
Supporting the project managers in the project and cost management of new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects.
Close collaboration with the advisory team of Capital Markets and other agency departments on technical advisory matters.
Contributing to business development of other departments.
Actively represent Project Consultancy department and the rest of the company on the market.
Our requirements
Demonstrable minimum 3 years of project and cost management experience in the field of technical building consultancy, design or project execution.
University and practical qualifications as architect, engineer, senior building surveyor or related.
Experience in networking and building relationships internally and externally.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Excellent team working capabilities and people management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent command of written and spoken English.
