Responsibilities

Join us as a (Junior) Project & Data Management Specialist in Liquid Alternatives to strengthen our Team. This role is perfect for you if you want to take on a diversified field of work in hedge funds. In this role you will:

• Assist our partners to understand data delivery needs including verification of requirements, gap analysis, process assessment/documenting and system framework transparency and utilization of information
• Design efficient information flow between various stakeholders by introducing project management approach
• Participate in team-wide projects of processes alignment and databases creation
• Provide compelling qualitative and quantitative reporting to investors through regular publications and sales support materials
• Analyze qualitative content, launch investigations on potential discrepancies and coordinate required adjustments
• Conduct change management actions, such as implementation of new regulations etc.
• Drive continuous improvement, and contribute to the implementation of reporting infrastructure change projects
• Oversee product compliance principles by conducting continuous control and data monitoring across available systems
• Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for incoming requests and exploring opportunities
