Business Improvement is a small team of Project Leads and Specialists working together to support the Global Service Delivery Centre in business development and transformation. We are supervising various projects, outreaching out to all relevant stakeholders to promote our services and understand business needs to develop and implement new services to SDC service catalog.
At the same time, we are developing a collaboration model with other units to ensure we are meeting our customer's expectations regarding quality, performance, and communication. We manage tools and shared processes to ensure consistency in their utilization across Service Delivery Center.

The aim of this function is to provide the agreed scope of project specific as-built documentation is to the customer of the project and enable internal departments like Service to access the documents.
