Your responsibilities
Project management, from acquisition phase through the entire project life cycle (planning, execution, monitoring and control), to evaluation and closure of the project
Cooperating with a team to achieve desired project results within planned time, budget and quality
Planning and comprehensive project budget management
Communicating and reporting of project progress to customer and internal customers and colleagues
Identifying and resolving issues within the project team, risk management
Developing best practices and tools for project execution
Ensuring compliance of the projects with MpicoSys standards
Become responsible for projects within an environment where self-starting is promoted
Our requirements
At least 6 months of experience in similar position (Project Engineer, Project Leader, Project Coordinator)
Ready for next step in highly skilled technical company with interesting small and larger projects
Higher education (preferred management or technical eg. IT, Electronics)
Fluency in English (min. B2)
Experience in automotive industry would be a plus
Basic Knowledge of Project Management methods, techniques, tools
Ability to make decisions, initiate actions, committed and self-dependent working-style
Team player that shows potential for growth, high level communication, coordination and analytical skills
Willing to travel to international customers
