    The offer

     
    You’ll join Banking Technology, where we are transforming the banking industry. The new Core Banking Platform is a key part of Nordea’s Simplification Program, aimed at meeting the current and future needs of our bank’s customers. The data migration to the new platform will be done gradually over the next few years. Along with simplified processes and products, the new platform will provide the framework for an end-to-end digital business model, improving our operational agility and delivering the benefits of scale.
     
    The primary objective of the Core Banking Programme (CBP) is to deliver a common, Nordic Core Banking Platform that supports the core functions of banking. ie, transaction banking, deposit taking, lending, mortgages and global cash management. Along with simplified processes and products, the core banking platform will provide the framework that will meet the future needs of Nordea's customers.
     
    Combined with better insights derived from enhanced analytics, event history, activities and agreement, the platform will enable improved offerings to our customers.  
     
    Through CBP, Nordea is undertaking the largest core banking transformation across Europe.
     
    What you’ll be doing:  
    • Preparation activities relating to code deployment, offer and data migration events planned by the programme
    • Planning activities relating to code/offer and data migration events planned by the programme
    • Reporting on the readiness of the programme and the rest of the organisation
    • Being a part of the Command Centre during the execution of the data migration and code/offer events
    The role is based in Gdynia. Welcome to The Implementation (IMP) team which is responsible for the successful orchestration of the PreProduction and Production implementation activities on the programme. These relate to the code deployment of the new capabilities developed on the programme, as well as data migration of customers and their products from multiple legacy systems to the new core platform.
