Daily task management of projects and product life cycle,
Monitoring of internal R&D activities related to running the project and ensuring compliance with its plan and deadlines,
Analysis of the obtained results and making decisions regarding the continuation of the project on their basis,
Monitoring the project’s key milestones and ensure all the deliverables are being met,
Identification, assessment and management of project’s risks,
Measuring and reporting on project progress,
Ensuring project quality,
Owner of the project documents i.e. Action Plan, Project charter.
Supporting activities such as coordination and management of in vivo trials,
Perform administrative tasks such as logistics and legal agreements,
Assisting in the planning and implementation of new projects.

Higher education in biotechnology or related;
Preferred experience in project management (preferably in a biotechnology company);
Preferred experience in working in a microbiology or molecular biology laboratory;
Knowledge of English at min. B2 level
Ability to lead projects with passion and commitment;
Good organization of own work and proactivity;
High level of independence and the ability to work in a team;
Knowledge of the PRINCE 2/Agile/Scrum methodology is an added advantage.
