Your responsibilities
- Cost or Project Management delivery service to corporate occupier and developer clients.
- Coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with CBRE company strategy, commitments and goals.
- Manage the definition of project scope, budget, goals and deliverables.
- Manage the definition of project tasks and resource requirements.
- Manage the development of project programmes and overall strategy plans.
- Manage the assembly and coordination of project team members as required to suit complexity of the project.
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools. Utilise new CBRE PM platforms and incorporate these into daily project delivery activities.
- Manage the monitoring and reporting on progress of the projects to all stakeholders.
- Present reports defining project progress, budgets, problems and solutions.
- Actively seek and gather cost data from the market.
- Participate in the implementation and management of project changes.
- Participate in providing efficient and timely support to other CBRE service lines where required to assist in securing instruction.
- Identify and support delivery of opportunities to cross sell other CBRE service lines.
Our requirements
- Min. 2 years experience for Junior or 5 years experience for Project Manager. Preferred role at Fit-out Contractor
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical application of cost/project management.
- Demonstrable interpersonal and communication skills/ ability.
- Able to form strong and productive relationships at peer group level.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build working relationships across in a team environment.
- Assertive, persuasive and self-motivated.
- Flexible and adaptable to cope with fast track projects and changing client requirements.
- Commitment to continually developing ability and skill base.
- Demonstration of good time management, focussing appropriate resources to meet client and project objectives.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Planning, organizing.
- Adaptability
- BSC's degree or Master Degree Diploma or above in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering studies.
- Experience of working with large international corporate clients is attidtude.
- Technically literate, Polish professional construction license is attidtude, but not obligatory.
- Experience of Autocad.
- Experience of Microsoft Office incl. MS Project.
- Very good command of English and Polish.
- Excellent interpersonal and team skills.
