Support all Adam’s business operations
Help us scale - we need to adapt and quickly process a continuously growing number of orders
Develop & execute expansion strategies
Train new painters & figure out their logistics
Ensure good quality - we always want our customers to be happy

You have excellent written and spoken English and Polish
You're a great communicator
You have a data-driven analytical mindset
You're a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
You are either a fresh university graduate, or you are max. 2 years since graduation

About Us

Adam makes the house-painting industry digital. Now we're looking for an analytical and solution-driven Junior Project Manager to join our Team.

You will be responsible for our daily operations and expansion to new cities and countries. You will also have a chance to experience how it is to manage the business from A to Z - you’ll get your hands on marketing, communication, legal or recruitment. If you aspire to run your own business one day or you want to lead a large company department, Adam is your place to be.

We are a small team lead by a founder who previously built a local team of more than 100 people in one of the largest & fastest growing tech European companies.
