Your responsibilities
Der Junior Projekt Koordinator ist verantwortlich für die zeitgerechte Lieferung von bestmöglicher Unterstützung in der täglichen Arbeit des Project Management Office.
Zu den wesentlichen Unterstützungsbereichen und Aufgaben zählen:
Ressource Management
Reporting der Zeiterfassung
Erstellung von Ressourceanfragen
Change Management
Erstellung und Verwaltung einer Änderungsregisterdatenbank
Unterstützung der Change Requests
Termin- und Budgetkontrolle
Pflege des Zeitplans
Verfolgung und Umsetzung der Änderungen
Risiko und Issue Management
Erstellung und Pflege des Risikoregisters
Anlegung und Pflege des Issueregisters
Verwaltung von Vorfällen und Problemen und Ergreifen von Korrekturmaßnahmen
Qualitätssicherung
Überprüfung der Qualitätsdokumentation
Unterstützung bei Quality Gates und bei der Anpassung der Dokumente
Communication Management
Koordinierung von Meetings und Telekonferenzen
Erstellung von Sitzungsprotokollen
Pflege der Stakeholder-Datenbank
Beschaffungswesen
Erstellung von Bestellungen
Reisemanagement
Our requirements
- Hochschulbildung – Magistergrad
- Berufserfahrung im Umfeld ist von Vorteil
- Deutsche (min. Stufe B2) und englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ausgeprägte Team-, Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit
- Fähigkeiten im Beziehungsmanagement mit den Stakeholdern unter Zuhilfenahme von Remote-Tools
