Your responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and manage the Q-commerce & Marketplace agenda for customers

  • Own the customer relationships by creating strategic partnerships.

  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to exploit PepsiCo’s market potential by building credible, specific online Joint Business Plans with Q-commerce & Marketplace customers in both categories.

  • Own account P&Ls and achieve sales targets (Volume / NetRev / Contribution) for Q-commerce & Marketplace customers.

  • Control budget spend.

  • Build internal and external networks at different levels & functions between Q-commerce & Marketplace and PepsiCo.

  • Develop operational excellence for all Q-commerce & Marketplace related topics by coordinating/supporting internal efforts to build new processes to meet the requirements of eCommerce Pure Play customers.

  • Develop eCommerce-specific consumer marketing campaigns for Q-commerce & Marketplace customers. •

  • Analyze performance data and generate scorecards to share the impact of the channel with the wider business & customers.

  • Implement Test & Learn initiatives against joint priorities.

  • Manage annual negotiations and process and execute the contract.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer business from internal and external data/insights.

  • Work closely with internal teams across the business including DX, Marketing and TCP Teams, Supply, Customer Service, Salesfield, and Insights.

  • Work with Media House to: a) deliver digital support for customers, b) measure and optimize Return on Investment (ROI) of digital marketing/sales investment, c) provide successful online merchandising to PepsiCo products.

  • Manage operational relationships with the customer and 3rd party agencies to meet communication objectives.

  • Exchange best practices with sector teams and other BUs.

Our requirements

  • Min 2 years of relevant e-Commerce sales- /business development experience preferably in FMCG

  • Analytical mindset & skills – create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities

  • Account management experience in eCommerce

  • Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills

  • Proven track record of P&L management and budget delivery

  • Excellent communication skills - engage and influence multiple stakeholders

  • Proactive approach - drive online sales and customer engagement whilst taking others with you

  • Cross Functional / matrix org experience

  • Fluent Polish and English language skills necessary

  • Delivers the right results – Demonstrate a passion and tenacity to deliver results

  • Proactive approach to drive customer engagement whilst taking internal PEP stakeholder with you

  • Strong commercial mindset and negotiation capabilities

  • Genuine interest for eCommerce and Digital Marketing

  • Stakeholder management skills

  • Innovative and entrepreneurial focus, with keen interest in digital engagement platforms

  • Likes multicultural environment

  • Ability to work across multiple projects and countries in a fast moving and ever changing environment
