Your responsibilities

  • Demonstrate understanding of talent needs of hiring managers and job requirements to assess candidate quality, skills, and fit to identify the best candidate for a position.

  • Lead the recruitment process from planning and sourcing to candidate assessment and offers for open positions across Poland and Europe locations as required, gaining a thorough understanding of the local market and advising hiring managers and business leaders on strategy and process for each position.

  • Maintain strong & efficient relationships with Hiring Managers via resource planning, job description specification, and other recruitment activities.

  • Effectively support multiple client needs and manage against tight hiring deadlines for business-critical roles.

  • Drive recruiting initiatives to meet established goals. Improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.

  • Gather and analyze competitive industry information regarding salary, benefits, and employment practices and advise management appropriately.

  • Maintain and update recruitment data at regular intervals, and produce timely and accurate information for the management team.

Our requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in independent recruiting of IT specialists.

  • Knowledge of the IT industry, understanding what the IT market in Poland looks like today, including the Business Intelligence industry.

  • Sound knowledge of IT concepts, trends, and (non-standard) sourcing tools and methods.

  • Have a proactive approach and track record of building effective working relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners.

  • Willingness to learn and further development.

  • Good tasks prioritization.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • English at a minimum level B2.

  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with little supervision.

  • Ease of establishing contacts and building partnership relations with candidates and our hiring managers.
