Your responsibilities

  • You will conduct end to end recruitment processes for positions in the business and corporate area (finance, HR, legal, commerce, marketing etc.), including actively sourcing for top talents on the Czech market

  • You will ensure the best candidate experience in the recruitment process, from the first contact to hire

  • You will be dealing with Hiring Managers from various backgrounds and countries, from kick off to placement

  • You will make sure that the data in our systems are complete and accurate and will leverage them in the conversions with internal stakeholders

  • You will cooperate with various HR teams to improve the process and experience both for candidates and Hiring Managers

  • You will actively participate in Employer Branding activities (meetups, conferences, job fairs)

Our requirements

  • Previous experience in a corporate environment with the Czech language (SSC/ BPO, Call Centre, Recruitment)

  • Very good knowledge of the Czech language

  • Wanting to work in an international team where you will communicate daily in English
