Your responsibilities

  • Working closely with recruiting teams in United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Poland, Australia, New Zealand, India and Asia (8 countries) to process data related to the hiring process

  • Managing Candidate Assessments online for US

  • Submitting background check requests to external vendor

  • Ensuring data accuracy for candidates hired in iCims and Workday

  • Robotics and Automation – monitoring the work of a document filing bot

  • Processing candidate reimbursements

  • Editing job descriptions

  • Creating contracts for employment agencies and overseeing the agency’s payment process

  • Auditing all completed work for accuracy

  • Responding to queries from internal and external clients

  • Participating actively in global calls and internal meetings

  • Other administrative activities and project support as needed

  • Producing regular and ad hoc reports reflecting data related to the recruitment processes globally

  • Producing on demand reports as requested

Our requirements

  • Fluent English – C1 Level is preferred (CEFR scale or equivalent)

  • 6 months of previous experience in administration or HR will be an asset

  • Advanced Excel knowledge

  • Highly organized

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Enjoy complex tasks and logistical challenges

  • Highly flexible and able to respond and adapt to changes and shifting priorities. Must be pro-active, persistent, and helpful, with a solid customer service approach

  • Discreet in handling sensitive information, always uphold confidentially
