    Junior Recruitment Specialist

    Who are we looking for?

    Before you start our induction training we will check if you:

    • are eager to start your career in recruitment
    • have good communication skills
    • speak very good English (at least B2) and Polish
    • have some previous experience in customer service/call centre environment

    What will you do?

    • Search for talented, multilingual Candidates, utilizing multiple sourcing channels
    • Contact Candidates via phone to perform HR Interviews
    • Cooperate with Internal Clients to best align the Candidates and Clients’ needs
    • Update the internal Candidate Database
    • Run reports on recruitment status and progress
    • Work in a close-knit, family-like team of recruitment professionals!
