    Junior Recruitment Specialist
    Junior Recruitment Specialist is responsible for working within the Recruiting Coordination team to support the Project Recruiters with recruitment coordination needs as well as delivering all onboarding activities for project recruits, both internal and external regardless of grade.

    This role is a Fixed-Term contract role until December 2019.

    Main Responsibilities:

    Junior Recruitment Activities:
    • CV screening and introductory calls with selected candidates
    • LinkedIn initial research (long-listing) based on pre-defined criteria
    • Drafting and editing job adverts based on market response
    • Tracking progress of the recruitment project – preparing updates (spreadsheets, SharePoint management) that can be communicated to the business by the project lead/Recruiter
    • Coordinating online and offline employer branding campaigns for the project, including; third party providers, research, visuals, job boards, University engagement
    • Other administration/logistics tasks associated with the recruitment project
    Recruitment Administration:
    • Receives requisition requests from Hiring Managers and creates requisitions in Taleo using job description provided 
    • Schedules interviews with candidates and hiring managers, including job descriptions, interview guides, CVs and room bookings
    • Creates and provides offer/contract documentation to new hire and triggers background checks, if applicable 
    • Files new hire documents as per record retention policy 
    • Contacts manager with onboarding instructions 
    • Processing interview expenses if applicable


    • Experience in Recruitment Coordination/Administration 
    • Experience with sourcing tools and techniques such as advertising, networking, boolean searches, and referrals
    • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
    • Ability to build relationships quickly and over the phone 
    • Strong customer service and candidate focus and attention to detail
    • Fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken
    • University Degree
