Department Overview

Supply Chain structure which is currently being dynamically developed here in Krakow. It includes Order Management, Customer Master Data, Order scheduling, Demand and Supply Planning. The department is a Center of Excellence in the global structures. Supply Chain is supporting sales process and operations on daily basis starting from forecasting through order scheduling and management, securing material availability up to shipping.

Job Description

  • Create and receive repair orders
  • Expedite and escalate supplier issues
  • Interface to MSI Customer Support Team
  • Interface to outsourced (CTDI/Sanmina) and MSI repair
  • Monitor repair status by repair site
  • Ensure proper pricing/invoicing
  • Support materials manager and control tower lead
  • Create and run reports (e.g. backlog status)

Basic Requirements

  • Good knowledge of common MS Office, Google tools (Sheets, Docs etc.)
  • Being fluent in Polish and English is absolutely essential
  • ORACLE or other database system experience would be an asset
  • Ability to work in a team, self-motivation and capable of working pro-active
  • Experience in working within multinational environment would be beneficial
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via verbal and written communication
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent organization skills and time management
