Cheil Poland is part of Cheil Worldwide ad agency network with HQ in Seoul, South Korea. We work mainly for Samsung (Poland, Europe and worldwide). Since 2018, when we have won Global Digital Production for Samsung we are rapidly growing. Our digital team is over 170 employees big, consisting of Strategists, Creatives, Analytics, Planners, UX/UI Designers, Motion Designers, PMs, Accounts, QAs, Web Publishers, Frontend and Backend Developers. Apart from traditional digital we are developing advanced solutions for retail.

 

We're looking for: Junior Reporting Analyst

 

As part of our Global Digital Production team you will be working and assisting in providing the Production Team Management with effective reporting and analysis, as well as collecting data and storing it in an organized manner.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data analysis and proper filing in an orderly document repository
  • Daily problem solving and reporting to provide key information for production teams to complete their tasks to the highest standards
  • Work collaboratively with your manager and teammates to execute projects; develop plans, communicate effectively to all involved and deliver results on time
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, initiative, teamwork, autonomy, and leadership in your area of expertise and work assignment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in reporting activities preferably in Digital Marketing
  • Advanced user of MS Office
  • Experience in use of reporting tool (Tableau)
  • Ability to deliver under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent English
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience in project management is desirable
  • Knowledge in JIRA and Confluence
  • Knowledge in process Improvement Methodology and operation documentation
