Your responsibilities
Sourcing and active acquiring of candidates by using various recruitment techniques (direct search, networking, headhunting, Boolean Search)
Searching for new sources of candidates and testing them
Carrying out recruitment processes for projects in IT and Engineering sectors
Making initial selection, choosing the best applicants for a given position and conducting phone screenings with potential candidates
Building positive relations with candidates and maintaining Candidate Experience at the highest level during whole recruitment process
Cooperation with HQ in terms of employer branding and marketing campaigns in Sweden
Our requirements
Fluent Swedish and very good English, both written and spoken, is a must
Full-time availability
Resourcefulness, creativity, eagerness for finding new solutions and alternative sources of candidates
Excellent communication skills, ability to connect with people easily, build and maintain positive relations
Attitude for building trust and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates
Goal-oriented person, constantly looking for new opportunities
Being customer-oriented and understanding customer needs
Very good organization of work
Higher education (preferred fields of study: psychology, sociology, human resource management, or similar)
