Your responsibilities
- Sourcing and active acquiring of candidates by using various recruitment techniques (direct search, networking, headhunting, Boolean Search)
- Searching for new sources of candidates and testing them
- Carrying out recruitment processes for projects in IT and Engineering sectors
- Making initial selection, choosing the best applicants for a given position and conducting phone screenings with potential candidates
- Building positive relations with candidates and maintaining Candidate Experience at the highest level during whole recruitment process
- Cooperation with HQ in terms of employer branding and marketing campaigns in Sweden
Our requirements
- Fluent Swedish and very good English, both written and spoken, is a must
- Full-time availability
- Resourcefulness, creativity, eagerness for finding new solutions and alternative sources of candidates
- Excellent communication skills, ability to connect with people easily, build and maintain positive relations
- Attitude for building trust and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates
- Goal-oriented person, constantly looking for new opportunities
- Being customer-oriented and understanding customer needs
- Very good organization of work
- Higher education (preferred fields of study: psychology, sociology, human resource management, or similar)
