Your responsibilities
Daily support to stores by monitoring the entire orders flows.
Check of in-transit goods and discrepancies.
Verify and solve shipments problems together with other offices.
Upload of price-lists, master-data and Third Party suppliers’ orders.
Management of End of Season returns and faulty goods.
Weekly review return in transit management.
Audits sales through different systems (JDA, JDE, Microstrategy, Xstore, Piteco).
Reconcile stores cash deposits, credit cards, gift cards.
Support the Accounting in the preparation of the monthly/yearly closing activities.
Reconcile E-commerce Sales.
Prepares sales reconciliation report for all the stores.
Monthly prepares the final sales audit reconciliation report to be submitted for final review.
Monthly prepares the final cash and credit card lost report to be submitted for final review.
Support to AP department for third parties supplier reconciliations.
Monthly cut off management for licensed product.
Daily support for the stock takes activities.
Assist the accounting Manager in the preparation of the monthly closing activities.
Our requirements
First Level Degree in Economics field is a plus (accounting, finance, international management).
Experience in Accounting or in a similar role and field is not mandatory but good to have.
Well organized, self-motivated, focused on meeting deadlines and able to multitask within a fast-paced environment.
Accuracy. Strong numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to details.
Fluent English. Additional language is not mandatory, but it will be strong asset!
