At Avigilon (MSI Video) team we are helping solve some of the biggest challenges around safety and physical security by developing advanced artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and products that are used to help keep people, businesses, and cities around the world safer. Job Description
- Providing excellent customer service to our customers and Sales team;
- Accurate entry of orders, returns and other data into ERP system;
- Providing returns order status information to customers;
- Communicating order changes in a timely and professional manner;
- Providing basic technical product information
- Supporting customer service related requests
- Following established processes and procedures for order processing
- Support more experienced team members with daily tasks
Basic Requirements
- Excellent Business English and communication skills
- Willingness to work in a mixed-shift approach
- Self-motivated, with an aptitude for customer satisfaction
- Detail oriented, organized and a strong multi-tasker
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Collaborative, likes to work in teams
- Good Problem Solving Skills
- Proactive
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- University degree (bachelor of business administration / master) or in progress
