Your responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service to our customers and Sales team
Accurate entry of orders, returns and other data into ERP system
Providing returns order status information to customers
Communicating order changes in a timely and professional manner
Providing basic technical product information
Supporting customer service related requests
Following established processes and procedures for order processing
Support more experienced team members with daily tasks
Our requirements
Excellent Business English and communication skills
Willingness to work in a mixed-shift approach
Self-motivated, with an aptitude for customer satisfaction
Detail oriented, organized and a strong multi-tasker
Ability to work well under pressure
Collaborative, likes to work in teams
Good Problem Solving Skills
Proactive
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
University degree (bachelor of business administration / master) or in progress
