Junior Reward & People Operations Analyst

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting our People Operations specialist on a regular basis with general HR administration – e.g. PTO, Leaves of Absence, On/Offboarding, Real Time Compensation etc.

  • Supporting our Compensation and Benefits specialists on a regular basis with general reward administration

  • Carrying out employee transactions on the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) – ADP WorkforceNow

  • Auditing people data within the HRIS

  • Issuing new joiners with online training courses

  • Drafting and issuing documents on behalf of the global People Team

  • Supporting the People Team with document and template management

  • Regular and ad hoc HR reporting for People and non-People Team stakeholders

  • Managing the People Team mailbox

  • Supplying people data for our monthly Huddles

  • Supporting the rollout of our Employee Engagement Surveys

  • Supporting the broader People Team as required with other administrative tasks.

Our requirements

  • Degree-qualified or equivalent

  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in HR administration, or a related field

  • Experience of working in an international organization

  • Knowledge of some of the following:

  • HR processes

  • HR systems, e.g. ADP WorkforceNow

  • Learning Management Systems

  • Adaptability and the desire to work in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.

  • Highly numerate

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills

  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Curious and eager to learn

  • Self-motivated and able to self-manage to deliver to timescales with the confidence to escalate issues and/or solutions that would prevent these deadlines being met

  • Meticulous, organized, high level of attention to detail and excellent planning skills are essential

  • Pragmatic and resilient.

We’re looking for a Junior Reward & People Operations Analyst to join us in our Wroclaw Office. As a member of our People team, you’ll be supporting the administration of our global HR operations.

Additional Information:

As a member of an ISO Compliant center, the candidate will be required to follow the policies and procedures on Information Security Management System in place at the Centre of Excellence and globally at Factor. As a member of the Factor team, the applicant will have access to various company and client assets and will be required to maintain the level of security as identified for each asset.
