About the project

(Junior) RPA Specialist will operate in Poland (Lodz) and will have the opportunity for co-operating in an international environment by interacting with different local entities.

(Junior) RPA Specialist will report directly to RPA Team Leader (FSSC) and will be part of the Shared Service Centre Robotics Process Automation Team.

(Junior) RPA Specialist will have to work in close collaboration with the team based in Shared Service Centre in Lodz & Wetteren, and Recticel Corporate Headquarters.

Your responsibilities

Automation of processes (UiPath):

* Process analysis and creating process description in cooperation with the business owner,

* Development of new automations (coding, code review, go-live),

* Writing and maintaining technical documentation,

* Support for end-users.

In the case of mid-specialist level, also:

* Maintaining existing robots,

* Define process improvements,

* Promoting RPA across organization.

Our requirements

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills (talent for numbers),

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written),

  • Structured way of working and solution-oriented,

  • Able to work independently,

  • Availability min. 30 h/ week.

Optional

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in RPA (UiPath) programming'

  • Previous experience in VBA would be an asset.
