Junior Sales Administrator

(Warsaw)

Summary

The role is to provide administrative support to Poland sales, process of quotations,  renewals, queries related to renewals, cancellations, liaise with pre and post sales delivery teams, call handling, project work and general duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process quotations received from Poland sales.
  • Collate, technically review and handover contract documentation to post sales delivery teams.
  • Create master customer records.
  • Review and process quotations for renewals, queries related to renewals.
  • Cancellations from clients.
  • Liaise with various internal departments (finance, billing, sales, delivery, technical).
  • Receive and respond to customers via phone and email.
  • Provide general administration support to the department as and when required by management.
  • Undertake specific project work as and when required by management.

Key Skills Required

  • Ability to work on own and as part of a team with business approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of processed data and documents.
  • Prioritise work (time management) and ability to work under pressure to hit tight deadlines.
  • Ownership of situations and resolution to satisfactory outcome (internally & externally).
  • Strong customer focus and work ethic.
  • Clear, concise and approachable speech with excellent listening skills.
  • An attitude to get it right first time and take pride in work and performance.
  • High level of computer skills, in particular: Outlook, Word, Excel, Salesforce (bonus), Internet.
