Your responsibilities
accepting and processing home appliance orders from our retail partners;
checking the ability to deliver, possibly offering alternative solutions and product advice;
accepting incoming calls from retail partners;
creating offers in coordination with the sales force;
clarifying and processing customer complaints (including subsequent creation of credit notes) in alignment with the relevant specialist departments;
capturing home appliance returns based on defined policies;
processing general administrative tasks of the department;
delivering input to continuous improvement and potential enhancements of processes and solutions.
Our requirements
Bachelor (e.g., Business administration or of a comparable study program) or equivalent / higher education;
communicative level of English and min. B2 level of Italian;
good MS-Office skills and already first experience and skills in SAP (nice to have);
good communication skills;
team player able to work in cross cultural team;
strong work ethics;
flexibility in adaptation to fast changing working environment;
ability to build relationships with business partners and customers;
attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results;
willingess to develop.
