Your responsibilities

  • Deliver the Regional financial targets for the assigned accounts in Europe

  • Manage and develop existing and new customer relationships

  • To actively seek, detect & develop new business opportunities with new and existing accounts and generate sales growth.

  • Monitor competitive activity within assigned accounts and participate in the development and implementation of appropriate response strategies

  • Implement business unit pricing strategies (with the EU Sales Manager) and ensure that budgeted sales and margins are achieved

  • Keep close customer contact, monitor and follow up catalysts demand on an on-going basis and create reliable forecast

  • Monitor monthly activity in the territory for the purpose of continuous improvement and targets achievement

  • Manage the supply contracts and secrecy agreements in cooperation with the legal department and the EU Sales Manager

  • Attend trade fair and exhibitions as requested

  • Understand customers’ technical questions in order to coordinate internal technical service accordingly

  • Present LST catalyst portfolio and new products and/or product improvements to customers in conjunction (when necessary) with Technical Service and R&D

  • Interact with the technical teams involved in products design, improvements and introduction to keep up to date with the new materials to be promoted. To develop and maintain close relationship with the Customer Service Representative of each territory

  • Lead any customer complaint or trouble shooting requirement efficiently.

  • Maintain a fluid communication with the other sales managers globally, and have a view of the relevant global accounts

Our requirements

  • Advanced Degree in Chemistry or similar subject (Master´s Degree or PhD)

  • Ability to identify customer needs & position commercial offer in complex technical environments.

  • Willingness and eagerness to learn new skills

  • A first Commercial experience would be a great asset

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proven negotiation skills

  • Excellent command of English and Polish language (both written and spoken)
