Your responsibilities
Building relationships with potential customers through email, cold calls and social media outreach, mostly conducted in English
Setting up meetings (Discovery Calls) for Business Development Executives
Following up on sales leads to ensure they attend the meetings
Identifying and qualifying new potential customers
Providing regular reports on your activities and results to management
Using CRM and other sales software to track your activities and results
Our requirements
Important: We don’t expect any experience in sales. But due to the increased demand and limited space at our Sales Academy, we reserve the right to get in touch only with the top candidates.
Min. 1-2 years of work experience (any customer-facing position will be a plus)
Excellent command of English (C1 minimum)

Role overview:
The name of this role is SDR which stands for Sales Development Representative. This position is the fundament of every sales organisation.
SDRs are a part of the GetResponse Sales Academy. Its mission is to coach & mentor our new Team members on their way to become Business Development Executives. Think of it as a salesperson in-training position.
The role doesn’t require any previous experience in sales or advanced technical skills. We will train you on what's required to be successful in business development and to advance your professional career.
Your career path
Your career in GetResponse Sales Academy is divided into four levels. The goal of this program is to promote you from a Junior SDR into a Business Development Executive within 18-24 months.
Here's the breakdown of specific levels:
Level 1: Junior SDR (Yellow Belt)
When: as soon as you pass the interview process and join the GetResponse Sales Academy
Salary range: 6000 PLN gross (4000 PLN base + 2000 PLN commission paid upon reaching goals)
Level 2: SDR (Green Belt)
When: after the first 90 days. You complete onboarding and receive the SDR Certification
Salary range: 8000 PLN gross (4500 PLN base + 3500 PLN commission paid upon reaching goals)
Level 3: Senior SDR (Blue Belt)
When: after 12 months of reaching min. 80% of your annual target
Salary range: 10 000 PLN gross (5000 PLN base + 5000 PLN commission paid upon reaching goals)
Level 4: BDE (Black Belt)
When: 18-24 months. It's your graduation from the GetResponse Sales Academy and promotion to the role of Business Development Executive.
Salary range: 20 000 PLN gross (8000 PLN base + 12 000 PLN commission paid upon reaching goals)
