To pursue our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a dedicated (Junior) Sales Manager (m / f) who has a passion for sales and the entrepreneurial drive to build up the young business segment "Offline Sales - Overstock" with drive and innovative ideas. The new business segment "Offline Sales - Overstock" distributes the stock that is no longer sold online (old stocks, overstock and products with small damages) to dedicated traders/ retailers. Your main tasks include the development of new partners and business relationships

    Your responsibilities will be:

    • You are responsible for the new established “Offline Sales – Overstock” business and thus driving sales and results of the division and keep inventory levels low
    • You are owning the development and expansion of customer relationships throughout Europe and manage the existing network of customers.
    • You manage the full sales cycle, from acquisition, quoting including pricing to support of the operational execution
    • You are in charge of the proactive development and optimization of internal processes of the business area

    You come with:

    • You have an open and entrepreneurial personality
    • You like to make contacts and close "deals"
    • Ideally, you already have experience in Sales/ Key Account Management
    • You convince with a clear communication style and great negotiating skills
    • You are a gifted seller and you can empathize with your customers
    • You have good IT skills (MS Office esp. Excel)
    • Very good Polish and English language skills
    • Analytical knowledge as well as an understanding of business context

    Compensation: Given the sales nature of the role, the pay will be largely variable based on performance
