Your responsibilities

  • Involvement in key aspects of the Regional Sales Support area for European Markets, supporting and working together with the Sales Support Manager

  • Strong engagement in transformation process for Sales Support activities

  • Sales Support budget preparation for markets

  • Planning and preparing aligned Sales Programs

  • Programing coordination (mechanics, forecasts) for all Sales Programs

  • Development of plans with Sales Support Manager (implementation, follow-up and adaptation - 360 approach including catalogue plans, marketing activities, digital first approach)

  • Clear briefing for Sales Support Actions for In-house Agency

  • Planning and executing communications recommendation for the markets: online/offline communication, presentations etc.

  • Presenting programs and plans to local teams

  • Strong cooperation with markets to ensure high quality sales support

  • Managing team of 2 people

Our requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience on similar position

  • Ability to manage and implement projects from the concept level to division of tasks; coordinating activities, motivating and controlling time of realization

  • Great communications kills

  • Great presentation skills

  • Good organization of one’s own work and task management, ability to manage several projects at the same time and under time pressure

  • Attention to details

  • Good analytical skills

  • Ability to find solutions and ideas, which are innovative and effective

  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point and data bases

  • Fluent English

  • Leadership and negotiation skills

  • Proactive approach
