Your responsibilities

  • Elaborates market analysis to determine qualified target customers, customer needs, competitive service features and pricing levels. Surveys the market in the territory to regularly add prospects in CRM

  • Performs and contributes to strategy on how to approach customers by preparing customer’s Key Business Challenges, their IT demands, NATEK’s advantages and disadvantages vs competitors, provides a review of competitors, provides a review of customer’s decision Units, plans detailed next steps

  • Elaborates and assumes a plan to contact target customers in the territory. Proposes a mix of vectors: phone, mail, professional social networks (Linkedin, Goldenline, Xing),

  • Organizes and executes regular contacts to all prospects in CRM by phone, and mail with the objective to schedule a meeting to present NATEK IT services.

  • Ensures events (calls, meetings) and information collected about prospects are recorded in the NATEK CRM tool.

  • Researches and builds and follow up on relationships with target customers

  • Arranges and participates in internal and external client debriefs

  • Direct reporting to Sales Prospection Team Lead

  • Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications

  • Is responsible for actual and correct full fill proper reports in CRM and NATEK DMS

  • Fulfil on regular weekly basis sales forecast

  • Trains and ensures adherence to the sales process

  • Last period result analysis

  • Next quarter objectives

  • Outstanding issues and recommendations

  • Junior Lead Generation Specialist is in charge of identifying and contacting prospects in local and international territories in order to propose NATEK service and extend NATEK coverage for new potential customers.

  • The primary role is to prospect new customers by networking, cold calling, and social media to generate interest from potential customers. S/he is responsible for selling our current IT services to new prospects, demonstrates persuasive approaches, and uses relevant sales tactics to win customers.

  • Junior Lead Generation Specialist manages the investigation of both customers and competitors, acquisition and mergers on the IT market, new trends and technologies used by competitors as well as prospective customers. In terms of customers, s/he identifies and classifies all future and existing customers, investigating their potential to evaluate the priority of NATEK’s investment in the market. S/he demonstrates good analytical skills in spotting potential niches for business development.

  • A typical candidate is a result-driven professional, capable of building successful business partnerships and long-term market knowledge.

  • This role acts as a trusted advisor, uses a consultancy-based approach, and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Junior Lead Generation Specialist understands customer needs well and can generate future ones.

  • Junior Lead Generation Specialist works closely with internal teams such as Service Delivery Managers, Sales Managers, and Recruitment Team Leaders across all business units to increase NATEK process knowledge and sales activities and maximize opportunities for the organization.
