Your responsibilities

  • Acquire and develop a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

  • Build the strong relationships and develop new accounts within the major actors in mobile carriers:

  • T-Mobile, Play, etc.…

  • Anticipate key account changes and improvements: portfolio, logistics, agreements.

  • Coordinate communications between the key clients and internal teams: logistics & marketing.

  • Strategic planning to improve the client results: targets, follow KPIs, internal budget.

  • Negotiate contracts with clients and establishing a timeline of performance to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.

  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 year’s experience with account management within Mobile Carriers &/or Retailers for mobile accessories

  • Good organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills. Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account.

  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

  • Polish and English languages are mandatory, other European language is a plus, especially French

  • Encouraging and self-motivated, you should have the “leader” mindset

  • Open-minded, operational, force of proposition and team player

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
