Your responsibilities

  • Providing SAP Role Consulting support to end users via existing support channels

  • Coordination of end-user self-service & chatbot solution implementations

  • Participation in SAP security enhancement initiatives/projects

  • Maintenance of business roles in SAP GRC Access Control

  • Maintenance and support of Emergency Access Management solution within SAP GRC

  • Analysis & development of SAP roles in SAP R/3 and SAP S/4 HANA systems based on received requirements and in close alignment with internal governance team, role owners & project teams

  • Collaboration with teams responsible for user management, SAP IDM administration and SAP Basis

  • Having fun and freedom to define activities which will enhance security of end-user access to SAP at BSH

Our requirements

  • University degree in information systems/ computer science or equivalent education/experience

  • At least one year of hands-on experience in working with SAP ERP system

  • Understanding of typical SAP roles/authorizations issues faced by end-users

  • Know-how of practices used in investigation and resolution of missing authorizations issues

  • Basic experience with SAP GRC Access Control

  • Basic understanding of risks related to SAP access rights

  • Knowledge of standard SAP tools used for role administration will be an asset

  • Experience as key user or in user management will be an asset

  • Experience in chatbot/conversational AI solution implementation will be an asset

  • Self-starter with strong ownership attitude

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and in writing

  • Service minded and customer focused

  • Language skills: Strong English is a must
