Your responsibilities
Providing SAP Role Consulting support to end users via existing support channels
Coordination of end-user self-service & chatbot solution implementations
Participation in SAP security enhancement initiatives/projects
Maintenance of business roles in SAP GRC Access Control
Maintenance and support of Emergency Access Management solution within SAP GRC
Analysis & development of SAP roles in SAP R/3 and SAP S/4 HANA systems based on received requirements and in close alignment with internal governance team, role owners & project teams
Collaboration with teams responsible for user management, SAP IDM administration and SAP Basis
Having fun and freedom to define activities which will enhance security of end-user access to SAP at BSH
Our requirements
University degree in information systems/ computer science or equivalent education/experience
At least one year of hands-on experience in working with SAP ERP system
Understanding of typical SAP roles/authorizations issues faced by end-users
Know-how of practices used in investigation and resolution of missing authorizations issues
Basic experience with SAP GRC Access Control
Basic understanding of risks related to SAP access rights
Knowledge of standard SAP tools used for role administration will be an asset
Experience as key user or in user management will be an asset
Experience in chatbot/conversational AI solution implementation will be an asset
Self-starter with strong ownership attitude
Strong communication skills, both verbal and in writing
Service minded and customer focused
Language skills: Strong English is a must
