    Junior Section Controller supports the production area by analyzing financial data on the production process in the Gum& Candy section (Halls).
    Junior Section Controller
    Miejsce pracy: Skarbimierz (pow. brzeski)
    Main Responsibilities:
    • Providing relevant data on financial effectiveness and efficiency of the production lines
    • Analyzing and addressing wastes and deviations from standard production costs
    • Collaborating closely with and supporting Plant Financial Controllers, Process Engineers and Production Line Leaders in daily tasks and projects
    • Participating in weekly meetings on the financial results of the production lines and suggesting corrective actions
    • Taking part in any projects or initiatives which aim at improving ways of working
    • Initial working experience in Food Production environment and strong desire to grow in a Financial/Accounting role
    • University degree, ideally in Economics, Finance or Manufacturing Management
    • Fluent Polish and good communicative English (B2)
    • Strong Excel skills – e.g. pivot tables, VLOOKUP
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills
    • Proactive approach, focused on looking for improvements
    • Knowledge of SAP, Access or SQL will be an advantage
