Junior Service Desk Agent – chat support
WORKPLACE: Wrocław

YOUR TASKS

  • Cooperating with users (communication with users by chat and opening tickets based on problem descriptions)
  • Basic troubleshooting - resolving problems related to IT
  • Queue management (assigning tickets to the correct team for resolution)
  • Basic administrative user tasks – installations, configurations

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent English skills (speaking & writing)
  • Knowledge about Windows 7, Microsoft Office suite and popular web browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome)
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Good communication skills and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work multi-shifts on a weekly schedule (Monday – Friday, 7 am – 7 pm)
