Your responsibilities

  • serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance for any IT issues over phone or email

  • providing first level support and ensuring high level of customer service and satisfaction by:

  • conducting initial diagnosis of faults and apply documented fixes

  • incidents processing to other support groups

  • monitoring the ticket through entire lifecycle, proactively notifying required parties in case ticket progression is delayed

  • depending on Consultant’s experience active usage or providing updates and additions to existing knowledge base

  • ongoing development trough dedicated internal and external trainings, as well as input or participation in various IT projects, impacting end-user experience

  • an additionally paid overtime as part of the working fixed hours service (core hours: Mon – Fri 7.00 – 17.00, on call: 17:00 – 22:00 + weekends)

Our requirements

  • fluent Polish

  • communicative English skills (spoken and written, B2/C1)

  • basic computer user knowledge (e.g. Microsoft Office, PCs basic networking)

  • eager to learn with great interest in IT topics

  • good communication and interpersonal skills

  • attention to detail and good problem-solving skills

  • proactive and solution-oriented mindset

  • willingness to work with a team

Optional

  • completed secondary school / university (computer or related) or in the course of post-secondary education will be an asset

  • recent support centre / technical support experience will be an advantage

  • customer focus mindset and skills allowing to build proper relations and create a positive impact on end-users
