Junior Software Developer

We are looking for a Junior Software Developer to join our new project.

Knowledge and skills:

• Has got at least 1 year hands-on experience in software development
• Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the solution
• Presents good command of English, at least at B2 level
• Develops components of software systems as instructed
• Proficient developing at least one of: data layer, business logic layer and UI layer
• Proficient in reading UML
• Adhere to development and quality standards set for the project
• Holds ability to document effectively technical solutions

Specific requirements:

No less than 3 months hands-on experience with:

• Coding in Visual Studio 2017 for C#, HTML5, CSS and using Node.js, AngularJS
• MS SQL Management Studio 2017 for DDL, SQL, T-SQL code
• Sparx Enterprise Architect (or equivalent)
• Azure DevOps with gitflow, usage of CI/CD using Pipelines, Test Plans
• Test Automation using cypress.io (or equivalent) and JMeter (or equivalent)
• Adobe XD for UI design (or equivalent)
• PowerShell scripting
• SonarQube static testing (or equivalent)
• Experience working in the 2nd line of support serving the software maintenance tickets (no of months in recent 2 years)
• Demonstrates practical experience in technical support of a web application
• Demostrates experience in end user support
• Presents patience, empathy and expresses herself/himself clearly
• Is capable to write instructions and procedures

Typical tasks and responsibilities:

• Develops components of the system
• Contributes to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, deployment
• Prototypes solutions
• Optimizes software from performance, security and quality point of views
• Produces technical documentation
• Acts as 2nd and 3rd line support
• Tests software
• Propose technical solutions for business needs and technical problems
