Your responsibilities
Ongoing customer support in databases and web applications areas
Analysis, diagnosis and resolution of user reports
Recommending actions and solutions that optimize user support in the application area
Active participation in IT projects (including internal)
Managing prioritization, escalation, and resolution of support incidents to the development team
Our requirements
Basic Java knowledge
Experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
English language proficiency, at least B2 level
Experience with any ticketing system
Systematic approach to problem solving and an eagerness to learn new skills and embrace new technologies
